WhatsApp Community. This is optional but an easy way to find neighborhood
updates, connect with others, and share information all in one place.
All communications are completely private. No one, not even WhatsApp staff,
can read your messages other than those neighbors whom you choose to communicate
with. You can have the WhatsApp mounted on your phone and your personal computer

VIP (Volunteers in Patrol): Communicate closely with other patrollers and work in smoothly managed
patrol schedules.
